The Other Menus of the Z-OptimiZr for File Servers Manager are pretty much self-explained by their names, thus you will find below only those deserving additional explanations.

 
Doing a double-click on a task opens the task in the Task Editor. (You can do the same by doing a right-click edit on a task).

The below menus are also available when doing a right-click on a task.

Manage / Disable

Allows to disable the selected task. The task remains in the Task Manager list but is not processed by Z-OptimiZr for File Servers.

Manage / Enable

To re-enable the selected disabled tasks.

Run / Run in Evaluation Mode

Runs the selected task in evaluation mode . Z-OptimiZr will generate the log files and statistic data but will not replace the processed files by their optimized copies.

Useful to evaluate the product or to check what would be the savings on given folders without having to copy the files to process in other folders.

Run / Unschedule

To remove the schedule of the selected task.

A task (with or without schedule) can always be launched manually (on demand) using the Run / Run menu.

Run / Schedule

To define a schedule for the selected task.

Run / Stop

To stop a task that is currently running. The task will finish the current file being processed then stop.

Utilities / Export

To export the definitions of the task in an .INI file.

Utilities / Export

To import an INI file created by the Utilities / Export menu.
