You may need to convert to PDF all files located in a given folder (including its sub-folders).

 
This is the purpose of the Z-OptimiZr PDF Conversion feature. Simply schedule a task applying this feature to a given folder on a regular basis, for instance each hour, and all files created in this folder will be automatically converted to PDF files.

As for any Z-OptimiZr task, you can also ask Z-OptimiZr to backup the original files in a folder of your choice before Z-OptimiZr processes them.

The PDF files produced by Z-OptimiZr are internally optimized and compressed, thus their size is generally significantly smaller than the size of the original Microsoft Office files.

The rendering quality of the PDF files produced by Z-OptimiZr is excellent and comparable to the rendering quality of the original MS Office files, even when printed.
